It seems that America has been acquiring a lot of debt lately. The amount of savings has decreased considerably since WWII. What do we need to do to save more?

Here are a few ideas:

• Use an accelerated debt reduction plan
• Replace current bulbs with energy efficient ones.
• Buy used cars
• Eat out less
• Conserve water better

If we can save more money, we will be better prepared for troubling times that always seem to be around the corner.

My friend called me yesterday and we chatted for a while. Her daughter Sarah, a brilliant, pretty, Stanford student, had some interesting news. My friend told me that she decided to become an egg donor! I didn’t even know that egg donation was open to the general public. I don’t know what I thought actually. I guess she’s making a good deal of money, (treated as “compensation”). So anyways all you pretty and intelligent ladies out there…there’s another (albeit controversial) way to make money. And you could also really be helping a couple in need, I guess.
