I am always on the lookout for fun activities to do with my family and I’ve been thinking about going camping. I used to do it all the time as a kid, but it’s been years now. I think a little Utah outdoor adventure would be a great idea.

The hard thing with camping is that it takes quite a lot of money to get started. You’ve got to buy the tents, buy the gear, buy the hiking boots, etc. And then there’s all the planning. We’ve got enough planning on our hands already with the Machu Picchu tour.

If we can manage to get out of the house, I’ll love it. It’ll give my kids’ “nintendo thumbs” a break

We’ve decided that for our 50th anniversary, we’re taking a special trip. It’s going to be an adventure tour vacation at one of two locations…we’re trying to decide.

If it were my choice, I think I’d go with a trip to Europe to try hiking the Swiss Alps. My husband would probably rather do our other choice…a Machu Picchu tour in Peru.
